The house includes:
- A large shaded terrace facing mountains with sofa, armchairs, large table, and chairs
- A large covered outdoor dining room with beautiful views
- A fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful view, between two dining rooms.
- A very spacious living and dining room with a fireplace and breathtaking views.
- Five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet, two also with bathtubs and bidet, a powder room and another full bathroom. There are two king-sized, one queen-sized, a double and two twin beds.
- Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, including the master bedroom which has a private terrace. Of the three bedrooms on the ground floor, two have a separate entrance.
- A large patio with cooking facilities
The house is equipped with:

The pool is 40 X 20, has an electric cover, can (for a fee) be heated, is equipped with stairs and a solar shower. A fence for the children's safety surrounds the pool.
The house has an indoor garage with a remote control and there are two covered parking spaces separate from the garage.
The fenced property is reached through an Iron Gate equipped with a remote.
